John Baal is in Bed 1.  He is allergic to Demerol and Iodine.  He is awake and alert.  He came in with chest pain but that has resolved.  They are hoping to send him home later today or tomorrow.  His Vital Signs have been stable.  His IV was removed this am.  He is up ad lib.  He complained of pain at 10 in his low back about 30 minutes ago and I gave him 2 tabs of Lortab which seemed to help.
