Phillip Wells is in Bed 3.  He is allergic to Demerol and Erythromycin.  He is awake and alert.  He came in with pneumonia in which he was placed on IV antibiotics.  He is being switched to oral antibiotics this am in which you will start the first dose.   They are hoping to send him home later today or tomorrow if his temperature stays down.  His Vital Signs have been stable.  His IV was removed this am.  He is up ad lib.
