Wells, Phyllis Night Nurses Report

Phyllis Wells is in Bed 2.  She is allergic to Morphine and Erythromycin.  She is awake and alert.  She came in with pneumonia in which she was placed on IV antibiotics.  She is being switched to oral antibiotics this am in which you will start the first dose.  They are hoping to send her home later today or tomorrow if temperature remains down.  Her Vital Signs have been stable.  Her IV was removed this am.  She is up ad lib.
