Bed 4 is Brad Well is an 86 year old male from the Nursing Home who was admitted from the ER with pneumonia.  He is allergic to Morphine.  He has a history of COPD.  His morning labs are pending which you should already have back. RT is administering his Bronchodilator.  He has a foley catheter to gravity.  He has a S.L. IV in his right forearm.  He is up ad lib.  The tech is taking his vital signs and will put them on the board for you.
