Bed 3 is Brian Smith is a 66 year old male who came in for a 360 spinal fusion.  He is allergic to Sulfa, Codeine, Morphine.  He is on bedrest with HOB in low position due to an epidural tear.  He has dressing on his low back and abdomen that are C,D,I.  He has a foley catheter to gravity.  He has a PIV in his Right forearm that has D5 ½ NS going at 30cc/hr.  I have hung his acetaminophen about 20 minutes ago so it should be infused.   He is still c/o pain in his low back and I gave him his 2 Lortab two hours ago.   The tech is taking his vital signs and will put them on his board for you.
