    Course Length:  1 year

    Course Description: This health and wellness course focuses on the skills students can use to make healthy decisions and promote health for themselves and others.  Topics include nutrition, physical activity, and mental health plus cutting-edge topics such as vaping, opioid addition, body positivity, self-compassion, social media, mindfulness, online communication and relationships. Student leadership through Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is an integral part of this course.
