Committee Description

The Interview Form Review Committee is a temporary working committee established to review existing accreditation interview forms used during onsite accreditation visits. The committee’s work focuses on assessing the clarity, consistency, and accessibility of interview question wording across multiple stakeholder groups, with particular attention to student (learner) comprehension. The committee will recommend limited, targeted wording refinements to improve understanding and usability while preserving the intent, structure, and compliance expectations of the accreditation standards.


Committee Purpose Statement

The purpose of the Interview Form Review Committee is to support the effectiveness and consistency of the accreditation interview process by identifying and proposing minor wording adjustments to existing interview forms. These recommendations are intended to reduce confusion, improve clarity for interview participants, and support examiners in collecting accurate and meaningful evidence during accreditation visits. The committee’s work will be conducted independently over a defined period and presented to the full Accreditation Advisory Committee for review and additional feedback.
