Welcome to the Technology Center Accreditation Portal
This course serves as the central location for Oklahoma Technology Centers to submit required accreditation documentation and compliance materials.
Through this portal, technology centers will submit annual accreditation compliance checklist items, five-year Institutional Accreditation Applications and supporting documentation, Continuous Improvement Documents, three-year monitoring documentation, and Distance Education program approval submissions.
This portal is designed to streamline accreditation submissions, provide a consistent location for required documentation, and support ongoing communication throughout the accreditation process. Technology centers should use this course to access submission requirements, upload required materials, and monitor accreditation-related deadlines.

🔑 Enrollment Code Access Each technology center has been provided an enrollment code to share with appropriate staff members who need access to submit accreditation documents. If you need the enrollment code, please contact your technology center's administration. Administrators may also request assistance by emailing accreditation@careertech.ok.gov . |

🖥️ Submitting a Distance Education Program Application If you need to submit a Distance Education Program application, please contact your technology center's administration. They can either add you to this course using the enrollment code provided to your technology center, or a staff member with existing access can submit the application on your behalf. |
